Hi everyone,

I would like to ask...is there any method that i can use to configure a decision system that can aid user if there is abnormal situation instead of using pre-defined help function. for example, if the alarm occur, then there will be a kind of wizard that can aid the user to handle the situation.

Hello,

yes of course, you can make it. You have to make alarm classification and decide which alarm should open particular screen with all necessary aid information on it. There are a lot of ways to do this. I usually make small pop-up screen asking users if they want help and they can go next to aid or cancel screen.
