CEL/AML Data Loss with PC shutting down unexpectedly

Hello,

I wonder is there any option to prevent data loss in AML/CEL when PC or (runtime-service engine) shutting down unexpectedly? Or is proper shutting down  only way to avoid this kind of problem ?
