Dear Team,

Can we update build for Zenon 7.50 as Article ID: 897679

which is done for Zenon 7.60 and Zenon 8.0.

Summary

AccessOPCUA: under specific circumstances the OPC UA server incorrectly assumes that the session has timed out

Description

Potential race-condition in multithreading environment resolved by calculating timeout in same thread.

Please consider as priority.

Forum is not the official way to make an agreement about porting of fixes to some old version. For zenon 7.50 the end of product fixes builds for customer not having SLA was already a year ago (31.03.2020). Please contact your local COPA-DATA Sales representative.
