Web Client installation issue

Hi all,
During the installation zenon web client these two messages came up. Someone had the same problem ?
System: Win 10 / 64bits

Hi Srikanth,
I checked it out these points and it didn't help.

Anyway, I find out a solution
I had to uninstall Net Core Windows server hosting and Net Core Runtime, after that installation went successfully.

Hi Lukasz ,

Kindly check the following points before installation

1, Anti-Virus is in off state.

2, Is any domain or restriction for system to access internet for any updates.

3,Check is the system is full windows updated.
