Unable to read PLC Variable in Client

Hi,
  I can get the value of the PLC variable in client only if I press refresh now in variable diagnosis screen. 
  May I know how to resolve this?

Hi!

There should be a button named "Refresh on" that activates automatic refresh. It is usually added by the template.
This is also available in the screen switch function for screen type "Variable Diagnosis" as "Refresh actual values on".
