Hello,
We have a standalone project and decided to switch to multi-user operation.
However, converting the standalone project to a multi-user project deleted all the variables and functions.
What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Anas_FAISAL, as see you are putting in Energy thread questions about things which are not related to energy industry-specific automation solutions with zenon, but are general in any zenon system. The Forum structure is not by license, it is by topics - area of interest:
In this forum part - Energy - you are consulting smaller group of zenon specialists as it would be by posts in e.g. Supervisor Forum. Multi user projects are Supervisor topic.
Here in Energy, it is the right place for posts about topics in area of energy communication protocols (IEC61850, DNP3, IEC60870, ICCP, OPC UA), in command processing, topology (Automatic Line Coloring) and solutions for use-cases known only in energy and infrastructure industries.
I personally do not know why after change to multi-user project, the variables and functions are not on the list, i'm sorry. Probably zenon Editor lost access to the relevant SQL tables. I propose you to send the description of the problem and the project backup - created before(!) conversion - to your local COPA-DATA Support.

Thanks for the clarification Ursulak, we got in touch with the local COPA-DATA Support and they are looking into it.
