    Default Symbol library encryption

    Hi Dear experts,

I don't want to share my symbol library to clients. I searched the posts and couldn't find the answer, it is possible or not to lock symbol library.

    Thanks,

    Default Re: Symbol library encryption

Your symbols libraries are available in your Editor, not in compiled Runtime files. Typically end-customers are buying the Runtime systems (compiled project application), not the full design (project backup) for Editor. The zenon Runtime can run on PC without zenon Editor, means another prices category.
Do you have agreement with your customer that he will then made changes in project by his-own, not anymore you?

note: as this is not an Energy-specific topic, I'm moving this thread. By posting in Energy you will probably wait longer when questions are about general Supervisor (zenon in any license), Setup etc topics.
