License error

Hello!
I have question about license. Our windows break and we restored windows 10 restore point. But license manager don't see license - see the dongle but can't use license. We create license request file  for restoring site https://copadata-license.copadata.com/restore.php. But when press "Upload request and continue" I see next

What can I do in this situation??

I would recommend to contact your local support team to sort out this issue.
Please provide them with a complete description of the situation (maybe including relevant screenshots), steps taken, and the license serial number(s) this is about.
