Error message in Zenon Runtime when reading data

Hello everyone. When I want to read or store data in the runtime in client computer the next error appear in the runtime:
DB file. The data could not be read completely!. Enter a smaller time range!.

When I execute the same action in my own PC all is good and work perfectly. But in the client computer apperars the error.



I want to know why this error appears...

Please clear the Runtime files in the given Client.
This error occurs when synchronized Archive files are faulty.
The Client will request the new (hopefully correct) files from the Runtime upon reconnect.
