    Dear,

it is exactly what you state on the first message: The Microsoft Office uninstaller removed Visual Basic For Applications (VBA) from the PC and unregistered related classes, when it shouldn't as other software, like zenon, depend on the same libraries/classes. This is a know "problem" of some applications.

Just for your personal knowledge, if you unzip the Vba71.msi file (e.g. using 7-zip) you can immediately find the file you were looking for.

    Hello,
I installed Microsoft Visual Basic and the language packs as you directed. But still the same error is coming when we start Zenon RT.

    Dear,

Do you still see the same error message?

In a Microsoft forum you can find a possible solution: Link.

If the issue persists, then I would strongly recommend you to contact your local support representative.

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,
