Default Stop alarms during no production

    Hi,

I have created some alarms from the machine and grouped them machine wise and I want to stop all those alarms during weekends and only during shift running. I am thinking to create the function alarm active/inactive is it the best practice or any other method to be followed.

    Regards

    Hello sandeep2018,

Yes that would be a good solution, you can integrate the function alarm active/inactive with the Production and Facility Scheduler module so that switching of the respective alarm groups relates directly to the start and end of shifts, but also weekends/holidays, etc.

Find more in zenon documentation topic Manual > Production and Facility Scheduler.

    Good luck.

Default AW: Stop alarms during no production

    Hi,

This is done via a straton logic variable and enabling it during shift running so that only alarms during shift run will be captured

    Hello Sandeep,

1.Created one screen for scheduler and schedules and no luck
2.Created one screen and display it on main screen via start screen function- 1 just alert to display
I am not sure if I understand correctly both situation but let me try:
    1) Sometimes users forget to disable the flag below in the editor, so that the scheduler runtime files are not compiled and thus this module does not work in the runtime.

    2) You can limit the alarm to 1 historical data in the screen switch function to the AML (this includes active/ring buffer alarms). As below.

    Good luck.

    Best regards,
