Zenon RT Services won't start on Standby Server

Hi ,
We arranged a simple network topology : 2 Servers(A primary and a secondary/Standby Server) and one client(that will act as an engineering system too).
When we try to connect remotely to servers and start runtime project on them, everything goes fine except that we receive an : "Interactive Services Detection" Notification on Standby server windows. Although Runtime won't appear on Standby server(just an empty desktop and an "Interactive Services Detection" Notification on system) , Everything on network is working fine( even switching between 2 servers) . And as i checked in task manager, none of Zenon related services are not started! I wonder what is causing this weird problem.

Hi pooyan_s95,

The zenon runtime on the server and standby server is generally capable of running in session 0 as a windows service. Normally you would configure this using the startup tool and the zenstartupmgr service. In your case, most likely the transport service is running in session 0, possibly due to an unattended installation. After a restart of the standby server, everything should be OK.

Hi I had a similar issue. The client doesn't finish to synchrnonized the projects. The "ping" to the server works.
What I can check again? there some problem with win 10?
