    Hi
is there a way to put password in starting of editor?
I want to prevent from editing of my project when I am not present in my desk.
by the way it's possible to put the authorization level in workspace or existing project in editor till it's not editable or observation.

you may want to take a look at the function authorizations, in the project properties in the section user administration. Here you can set an authorization level for loading the project in the editor.

Be careful that you create a user first, and do not delete this user, or forget it's password, as you will be unable to load your project in the editor.

There is no "view-only" level where editing the project is disabled, however you can activate the change history, and see if there were any changes while you were not at your desk. The change history can be found in the project tree, and can be activated in the project properties. An authorization level can again be defined to change the status of the change history.
