Zenon Message Control

Hi, does anyone know the message control function in zenon especially email through outlook need any specific license in order to use it? Do I able to use the function by purchasing normal license? This is because I have been acknowledged that some feature in zenon need a specific license to activate it. Thanks

Message Control
Manual -> Message Control

License information
Must be licensed for Editor and Runtime (single-user, server, standby). Not available for clients.
