Zenon Message Control

Does anyone else can help me to solve this issue. I was going to trigger an alarm and send message through email but this is the error encountered when start the runtime. Appreciate your helps and Thanks

Hi Shaun,

When you setup message control on the system with the zenon editor, these settings are made locally. On this system you may have Microsoft Outlook and a corresponding mail profile configured in Windows (control panel). If this is missing on the system with the runtime, this could be the reason for this message

Alternatively to using Microsoft Outlook with an exchange server, you may also look into sending e-mail notifications using an SMTP server.
