Unexpected shutdown : IPC Zenonn

Hello,

Sub : Unexpected shutdown in IPC with Zenon 6.51 and 7.20.(Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8)

We are facing unexpected reboot in IPC with zenon software while running the machine/IPC. Its interrupts the production activity.

Can anyone please guide us, how can we diagnose the issues related with Zenon runtime or Windows OS or IPC hardware ?

If i check the event viewer of OS, i am getting the message like below,

Event ID 41 merely states that the system shutdown unexpectedly. More information cannot be obtained from the screenshot.

Such situations however occur often when there are hardware related issues, like temperature problems of the CPU or GPU, problems with the RAM, problems with the power supply, etc. Also kernel level drivers are a frequent cause for such issues, like graphic card drivers or sound card drivers. Unfortunately this is not always easy to diagnose. It is not likely that a user software, like the zenon runtime, is causing this.

Thanks for your reply.

The Zenon run time installed in LENZE IPC. Is IPCs have issues like CPU heating,RAM problem frequently?

We are the manufacturer of Pharma packaging machine.
We have noticed, many machine have same issue with hardware and software same and different.
