Default Recipegroup Manager About the "Write all values" button I would like to ask a puestion

I added a new recipe item to an existing recipe using the "Edit recipegroup" button on the "Recipegroup Manager"screen.

    [variable selection]screen opens...

    Item_01 EDF (0) 115.1634.00
     ・
     ・
    Item_10 EDF (0) 115.1670.00
    Item_11 EDF (0) 131.1530.00
     ・
     ・
    Item_21 EDF (0) 131.1686.00
    Item_31 EDF (0) 115.2000.00(Data added)
     ・
     ・
    Item_41 EDF (0) 115.2036.00(Data added)

And I checked the operation of the recipe.
”Save changes” button, "Read all values"button, "Read selected values" button, "Write selected values" button worked normally, but only "Write all values" button failed.
The added data was not written.

So I sorted it like this.

    Item_01 EDF (0) 115.1634.00
     ・
     ・
    Item_10 EDF (0) 115.1670.00
    Item_31 EDF (0) 115.2000.00(Data added)
     ・
     ・
    Item_41 EDF (0) 115.2036.00(Data added)
    Item_11 EDF (0) 131.1530.00
     ・
     ・
    Item_21 EDF (0) 131.1686.00

    Then I could write all.
I think that there was a problem in the order of DB, but I would like to know in detail why it failed. Please tell me.

    Hi siratama,

One possible reason could be that the added variables result in a communication error because they do not exist (anymore) in the PLC. When there is a communication error, the writing of the recipe may abort. Depending on your zenon version, you could add the column for the recipe value check and execute the recipe value check. When the color of one of the variables indicates a communication error, you may want to look into this.

When writing all values in a recipe of the recipegroup manager with blockwrite inactive for the driver, the order of the variables in the recipegroup is retained.

    Best regards,
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I am using 「Editor Version 7.00 SP0 build2」

Is there a function of "recipe value check" in this version?

Also,if there is, can I set it from here?

    Hi siratama,

Yes, the function also exists in this version. You would need to add the column "actual value" and call the recipe value check through the corresponding control element in the screen. If this control element does not yet exist in your screen in the runtime, you may need to enhance the project and add it in the editor.

Alternatively, you can also check for communication errors using the log files of the diagnosis server.

    Best regards,
    Mark
