Zenon License issue

Hello,

we are facing following problems in activating ABB ZENON runtime + editor license (Hard Dongle).

1-The Dongle is activated as seen in codemeter control centere (Enabled).

2- When we entered the serial number and activation number from "LICENSE CERTIFICATE" to the zenon editor license product, It displayed an error with possible five errors, snap shot is attached.

Please help me regarding this matter.

Note: The capacity shown on the code meter control center showing 99% free for the dongle.


Do i need to create and import license file using codemeter?

Please also note that on the same PC i have Automation builder 2.0 with standard license activated.
