    Default ZenAdminSrv not starting anymore

    Hello,

    on a plant installed a year ago, my customer has a problem when starting one server. The message box "Waiting for service ‘zenAdminSrv" appears when starting the project. The message box does not disappear and the project never starts.
    I asked them if there were any changes made on the computer (it was working well during the commissioning). They ensured me nothing changed on the computer so I asked them to use the System Information Collector to make an archive so I could send it to the support.

    I have the zip file (see the attachment). Could anyone help me on this please?

    Thanks for your post!

    The forum is not the right place for sharing detailed, potentially sensitive, information, like captured in a file saved from the system information collector. I've removed the attachment from your post.

    The attached SIC file was password protected, so I cannot open it. Nevertheless, it is best to contact your local COPA-DATA support and share the SIC file and the corresponding password in a secure manner.

    In regard to the issue, I would recommend a system reboot if that has not happened yet. If that does not help, when provided with the password and the SIC file, the local COPA-DATA support should be able to find more information as to why this error occurs.

    thank you for your answer and sorry for the attachment.

    My local support (FRANCE) refuse to help on this point. Not helping me is not helping the final user...which I think is very regrettable for the COPA-DATA brand image.

    I was hoping to find more help here. If someone can help (maybe you?), I can give the password to access the file.
