Default Out of memory while starting editor

    Hello ,

While I am starting the zenon editor 64 bit at that time the "OUT OF MEMORY" popup window will open continuously .
And zenon editor shows "stopped working"
    What is the exact issue?

    I'm using zenon 7.50

    Looking forward for reply.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    SRI

    Hello,

The Windows Defender in Windows 10 can cause this.

Make sure to include zenon in the exception rules of the Windows Defender.
    -C:\Program Files (x86)\COPA-DATA
    -C:\Program Files\COPA-DATA

    Hope that helps.

    BR,
    Georg

    Hello sir,

    Thanks for your quick reply,

As per your comments I checked the windows defender and added the folder path in exclusion but still it is not working.

Same error is coming. Looking forward to you.

    Hello SRI,

Which specification has the PC where you are trying to start Editor?

    Hello sir,

The PC is windows 10 pro 64 bit and using zenon 7.50 in that. From startup tool I'm trying to open editor by pressing on 64 bit.

    Hi again,

i was actually interested in hardware specifications of the PC, how much of RAM that PC has?
As well as do you have any project if you select zenon 7.50 in the startup tool , then "Properties...", there is section "Editor" and there you have a options "Workspace" and "Editor-Project" where you usually have selected project which is going to be loaded on editor start.

    Check screenshot

    Hi again,

could you remove selected project from the properties in Editor section of the Startup Tool, "Workspace" and "Editor-Project", just simply delete everything from those 2 properties and try to start editor without any project preselected.

    Hello again,

As per your comment I checked by removing properties from Startup Tool, "Workspace" and "Editor-Project", but at this time "Zenon has stopped working" this type of massage is coming.

    Dear Sir,

I am facing the same issue of Out of memory while starting the zenon editor.
I have installed zenon 7.50 supervisor version on my Laptop having configuration(Windows 10 pro 64-bit OS).
Also as per Copadata support, i have installed the build file (Zenon 750 build 36520). Still the error persists and zenon editor is getting stopped.
Also i want to highlight that i have already started making project in it as it opened earlier. Suddenly on third day of installation the error appeared and zenon is stopped. I have taken the backup of prepared program by starting editor in 32-bit OS. It is working fine in 32-bit OS.
    Kindly support.

    regards,
    Sumit Biyani
