Setup logfiles with the connection tool.Originally Posted by stefan_m
1. Start the test connection tool
2. Choose the menu “Systeminfo”
3. Wait until the information is showing
4. Create a zip file with the button “Make”
5. Send the zip file via eMail to COPA-DATA

Ich weiss nicht, ob jemand in der Zwischenzeit etwas gemacht hat, aber ich konnte die testconnection.exe gerade problemlos herunterladen.
