    Hello,

I would take a guess that this is the same issue as in:
    https://forum.copadata.com/showthread.php?7809-3S-Arti-NG-Treiber-funktioniert-nicht-mehr-unter-Windows-10

Its in german but it states that uninstalling the Windows Updates KB4056891 and/or KB4056892 solves the issue.

In the log-file you would see the error "QueryInterface error!" by the driver.

    Hope this helps.

    BR,
    Georg

    Hello,

could you give us a bit more of details? Which data type of variables are those, as well which kind of driver are they using?

    Best Regards,

    Dear sir,
We are using Floats & Boolean data type and we are using driver of "Mod bus TCP IP Open Protocol".
we tried this backup with another PC its working fine.So i don't think so any driver configuration issue is there.
