unacknowledged alarm decrease

I have searched on the forums for the answer but couldn't find anything.
When using the SYSvar unacknowledged alarm in a count it only ever increases, when alarms are acknowledged the count does not decrease.
Any Ideas

I´m sorry, but I don´t understand your question.

The System Variable is a UDINT and shows the number of unacknowledged Alarms in the memory.

why do you want to count it?

If I use the unacknowledged alarms variable to show, either in a graph or as a value on a screen. The value never decreases even when an alarm is acknowledged.

Hello, can you check please if you have so many unacknowledged alarms for that set in the aml filter "no time filter" and look if you have other filter set.
