Hello, is it
possible to manage the HMI OEM MP 377 15 "FOR CUSTOMER KHS INKLUDED UCL"
with a Zenon software .If it is the case what cable must be used to
establish communication with the PG.

Using zenon it is not possible to make a backup.
In principle Siemens HMIs are programmed with software called Protool (quite old, not in use anymore), WinCC Flexible and TIA Portal (more recent).
SIMATIC MP 377 is not in production any more!
You can do backup with a software call ProSave. It can be downloaded from Siemens web site.
