y-scaling trendelement

Is it possible to change the default 0..100% scaling of the y-axis at the trendelement to a user scale e.g. 0..20m?

Unfortunately not. The trendelement only supports the y-scale in %.

However with zenon 6.22 if you are using a tag license, you have the ETM module in the Starter Edition included, which allows much more comprehensive trends to be displayed in the runtime, also with different user scales. (x-axis over time)
