Web Server Runtime - Start and pictures

I want to load 3 pictures at the start of the WEB Server Runtime. Scripting doesn't work with the WEB Server Runtime. Is there a way to start 3 pictures anyway?

-> at the WebClient it is also possible to run scripts

-> i would use the AUTOSTART script for this.
