    Unglücklich Limits

    Hi,

I have been losing limits I have set on some datatypes. I have set up 4 limits on an int value (0,1,2,4) with associated colours, and during normal project editing the limits disapear from the datatype, the only way to get them back is to re enter them all, which is a pain.

I'm sorry to hear that you hare having a problem, this should definitely not happen!

Unfortunately this issue was not known to us yet, until now. We would very much like to hear more about how this issue can be reproduced and maybe get your project backup. Please send an e-mail to support@copadata.at and we will create a support-ticket in order to investigate further on this issue.

If this is happening more than once, you could XML export the datatype where you have configured the limits, and import it again when the limits have disappeared. I know this is not a real solution but may be a workaround to at least save you some time.
