Default Time Control (Zeitsteuerung) ist not working

    Hi

We use Time Control (Zeitsteuerung) to check for new alarms every 3 minutes. Today our customer calles me and told me that the alarm check no longer works. When I investigated the reason I found that the functions trigered by Time Control no longer start.

Is there a windows service which needs to run in the background or something like that? Could there be a problem with the system time?

    What could ne the reason?

    Hi BrunoBruno

Which functions should be triggered by the Time Control?

Maybe check that the Execution type is set to: "Cyclic from that day on" and not "Cyclic only on that day".

Start times are calculated from the local time Zone. This must be considered if the Runtime is running on a server in a different time Zone.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Lewis

    Thanks for your reply.

Time Control triggers a function which starts a VBA-Script. And everything was working fine for month when it suddenly stopped working. I then restarted the two servers and the client and then it was working again. Now we are afraid that this happens again.
