Frage How to reset user password

    Dear all,

please advise if there any way for admin to set the new password for some user instead of forgotten one without prompting user to change it during 1st logon?
    Kind regards,

    Dear Sergiy,

This is done like that by design --> the idea behind is that only the user knows his password. You can find more information in the help, under the header "User Administration":

    Password

The user himself is the only one knowing his password. And he is the only one able to change his password. Once the user has been given a password by the Administrator, they must change it when they first log in. This makes sure, that no administrator knows user passwords und thus could effect wrong signatures. (Important for FDA 21 PART 11).
If an user forgets his password, the administrator can delete his password and enter a new initial password. To do this the administrator does not have to know the password. The user must change their password the next time they log in.

    Kind regards,
    Steffi

Ok, now it would be the 2nd and hard part. Are there any way to reset user password at Zenon 7.20 running at Windows CE?
    Kind regards,
