    Default Hierarchical control interlocking

    Hi
Could you give me a suggestion about Process Gateway?
I have 02 dispatching centre connected to the system via IE101 process gateway and I want to make a hierarchical control interlock between its. I have 03 button control 03 internal variables (HMI, OCC1, OCC2) to enable control from 1 of its.
I can block control from HMI when I choose OCC1, OCC2 but I can not block command 101 from OCC1, OCC2 when I choose HMI
    Please give me your idea

    Brgds

zenon Process Gateway IEC870 Slave is supporting additional T00 variables - with IOA=2 - to block dynamically commands coming from a Master; it may be defined per sector (COA). If in zenon the variable linked in the zenPG configuration as T00-IOA2 has value 0 - then zenPG is refusing (responds negatively) the commands. Help -> Process Gateway -> IEC870 Slave -> Communication -> Internal type T00 (status variable)

Step by step, if you have only one sector per device or all sectors should refuse commands at the same time:

    1. create in zenon 3 internal, UINT variables, calculated in network, remanent: OCC1, OCC2, HMI.

    2. create zenon 'write set value' functions to set value 0 and value 1 to these variables, 'direct to HW' (6 functions).

    3. create 3 scripts, each calling 3 functions, e.g. one script takes care to enable HMI control but to disable both remote controls; so it contains functions: HMI=1 and OCC1=0 and OCC2=0.

    4. link script calls with buttons, you may take care to make buttons visible/invisible/dynamical color - depending on your variables.

    5. in zenPG link OCC1 and OCC2 variables as T00 with IOA2 in each device.
The variable HMI you may use for interlocking condition in command processing actions 'switching command'.

    Hi
It worked for me. Thanks for your help

That another simple thing, but I still can not make it work.
I want to setup alarm for 02 type of event. Some normal alarm will start sound "Beep.wav", another trip alarm will start sound " Aler.wav"
I tried function type :"start continuous tone" and chose different sound but I only hear 1 sound.
I tried to use 02 button to test but I still got the same result
Could you give me your idea?

    Hi skywalker,
i have no idea, but we are in thread for features specific in energy . To play sounds is not particularly an energy topic.
Maybe try to post such questions in right tread, i suppose there could be colleagues had similar use-cases in zenon.
