SICAM 230 7.0 Server can not detect Client PC

Hello dear Copa-Data Team,

I have 2 server and 2 Operator Working station (OWS) (Clients). Communication between OWS1 and servers are ok but problem is when I initialize the runtime from OWS2 any of the servers can not detect OWS2 as client. For this reason I read all values invalid as if ıts running on seperate network.

Although ZenDb, sysSrv, zenon32 is working properly, the result is the same.

Helle everyone,

I have fixed the problem and would like to explain what is it. May be It can be helpfull for my colleagues!

The problem was about the "Start Project". I mean, start project was different which runs on my server pc from client pc.

There is two option here, First (I choosed this way), you have to establish remote control from Sicam 230 editor, afterwards you have to set you "start project" with same as your server PC, and later on send all Runtime folders regarding place.

Second way is doing it manually, find zenon6.ini, the path is below, (C:\ProgramData\SIEMENS\SystemC:\ProgramData\SIEME NS\System\Zenon6.ini )

When you open it, you will encounter rows which starts with "VBF" and delete it. Then, open startup manager and "download RT folders from server PC"
