Default Updating Values of variables in Scada from Excel

    Hello Everybody,

I am trying to update values of a variable in Zenon Scada from an excel sheet.

I would like to create a function that is connected to a button that lets the user import a value from a cell in an excel sheet to a variable.

Is there any pre-defined function to do this or do I have to use VBA?

    Best,
    Jonas

    Hi jonastj!

We want to sincerely welcome you to the zenon world and thank you for your post!
Basically, it should be no problem to read and write values of variables from and into a Microsoft Excel sheet. Please find below threads in which were discussed respectively avowed very similar topics.
