Daumen runter HMI panel very slow

    Hi,

does anybody know what can be wrong?

I download my software to a HMI and it seems that the HMI panel is very slow. For example: when I click on a button, it takes about 2 to 3 seconds before the corresponding screen has been loaded and than we still need to wait about 5 seconds for all the images (motors, valves,...) to be loaded.

I did not found a setting that sets the refresh rate.

I use a panel from Phoenix contact and Zenon 7.10 with a connection to 4 different PLC's.

    Thanks

    Hi iweinclaerhout,

Not knowing what kind of panel you are using, one thing that you can try in a test is to set all drivers to "simulation static" and see if the response is still slow.

If it is fast when the drivers are set to "simulation static" there could for example be a communication issue with variables from one of the PLCs that slows down.

    Best regards,
    Mark

Thanks Mark for your quick reply...

I did tried that already, without any result. With the drivers set to "Simulation Static" the panel is not any faster... ;-(

    Panel is Phoenix's TP105XIT.

    Any other remarks?

    Thanks

Ok, so I suppose that the paging pool size of the panel Image is to small.

Please get in contact with the COPA-DATA Support. They can send you a tool for checking the size of the image paging pool.

    Best regards,
    Daniela.
