I need to do a schedule weekly or montly, But the options are not enabled.

the screenshot looks quite the same like in the context sensitive help, so the documentation. Check out the documentation if something is mentioned concerning series events with the Standard Scheduler.

Unfortunately, the inactive options shown in the Dialog are only available in the "Production & Facility Scheduler " module There, the user can define a specific interval (Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) for each Schedule.

These options should however be removed from this Dialog in the Scheduler module to avoid further confusion!
