Hello!

hello natali,
this is a limitation of the Webserver (refer to the manual > zenon Webserver > general limitations).
What exactly do you want to do on the webclient?
Alex
Hi Natali,
The archive data is in fact still available to the webclient. You can display a trend screen on the webclient that displays data from an archive.
Or if you want a tabular form, you can display a report viewer screen with a report with a table with the archive values on the webclient. A report generator screen is also possible.
It is just the archive revision screen that cannot be opened on the webclient.
So as Alexf already asked, can you explain what you would like to do on the web client?
Best regards,
Mark
Ok. Thank you
For example,
technical specification section contains requirements for HMI client :
Regular users of the system are connected to the servers, using Webserver technologies.............
List of Functions:
.......
Representation of the operational, archival and reference information in the form of graphs and tables;
.....
etc
It means that it's necessary to have possibility of viewing archive records (If I'm working with a server without using Webserver technology I can get historical data)
I hope you understand my questions.Thank you
hi Natali,
I believe Mark´s suggestion should suit your needs.
For displaying the data in graphs you can use the trend, for displaying data in form of tables you can use report viewer/generator.
best,
Alex
hi Natali,
maybe "trend" was not the correct term. You need the "Extended trend module". This allows you to display trends of archive data.
Displaying archive data in reports should eb no problelm. If you use the report viewer you have a predefined data set for archive values already in the default report file. If you use the report generator you have to use a =archive() function.
You will find detailed information in the manual:
Manual -> Reporting -> Report Generator -> Engineering in the Editor -> Report functions -> Archive and logging functions
Manual -> Reporting -> Report Viewer -> Engineering in the Editor
Manual -> Extended trend -> Engineering in the Editor
best,
Alex
