Thread: Replace Signature function for Screen Type Specific Function

Default Replace Signature function for Screen Type Specific Function

    Hello colleagues!

Suppose we have one of such two scenaries:

    1) On control dialog user press some button with screen type specific function of ActionX and then some VBA or VSTA code should do some checks and then call or not call Execute 2 function (instead of pressing second button with such function).

    2) After ActionX button user pressed Execute 2 button and then some code do some checks (like it takes place for internal V460 code in case of authorization flag checked) and allow or deny action of Execute 2 button.

We can take some checks between pressing Action and Execute buttons, or use interlockings, but this all is not according to our goals -

Check action should starts after or instead of Execute 2 screen type specific function.

Is this possible to send Execute 2 function programmable or be wedge between pressing Execute 2 button and action of Execute 2 function?

    Hi stolyarov_as,

Could you perhaps explain a bit more why you would like to to this and why the interlockings at command action are not useful?

    Best regards,
    Mark
