    Frage Beckhoff TwinCat NG driver -> Red square

    I am having the set of machinery running at the downfloor. I would like to create a summary diagnostic screen which will give a brief owerview of the statuses of all machines.
    Each machine runs at Beckhoff1020 CX and having dedicated IP adress.

    Below is the content of Beckhoff TwinCat NG driver.ini
    [LAUFZEITSYSTEME]
    LZS1=801\127.0.0.1.1.1
    LZS2=801\10.67.95.50.1.1
    LZS3=801\10.67.95.57.1.1
    LZS4=801\10.67.95.64.1.1
    LZS5=801\10.67.95.71.1.1
    LZS6=801\10.67.95.78.1.1
    LZS7=801\10.67.95.85.1.1
    LZS8=801\10.67.95.92.1.1
    LZS9=801\10.67.95.99.1.1
    LZS10=801\10.67.95.106.1.1
    LZS11=801\10.67.95.113.1.1
    LZS12=801\10.67.95.120.1.1
    LZS13=801\10.67.95.127.1.1
    [IMPORT]
    OTHER_TARGET_STATION=1
    TPY_PATH=C:\a1.tpy
    TARGET_STATION_NAME=1: NetID[10.67.95.50.1.1], Port[801]
    All stations are having the same variable.
    The issue I am getting is the red squares for almost all stations except 2 stations.

    What I am doing wrong?
    Kind regards,
    Sergiy

    Hi Sergiy,

    There can be a number of things.

    - On the PC with the zenon runtime, install TwinCAT CP
    - On the PC with the zenon runtime, using the TwinCAT system manager, confgure "routes" to all the PLCs. This will create a target AMS Net ID with IP address in the AMS router on the PC with the runtime, but also will it create an allowed client on the PLC side. On the zenon Runtime side, the PLC must be known in the AMS router, and on the PLC side, the zenon Runtime PC must be known in the AMS router.
    - you may need to restart the PC after configuring the "routes"

    Best regards,
    mark

    Yesss! It was the case!
    I were doing this for the TwinCat, but had no Idea that the same is applicable for Zenon driver. Thank you for drawing my attention to that.
