    Also, is there any way to disable acknowledgment by double clicking in the alarm message list? I want to use for acknowledgment only a button which does this function.

    Well you cannot directly disable it but there is a workaround. You can configure an authorization level for acknowledging alarms via the AML. If you define an authorization level which no user has nobody will be able to acknowledge alarms by double clicking them.

    To do so please create a user if you don't have one yet. Now go to the project properties. In the "User administration" section you are able to configure the "Function authorization". Configure an authorization level which no user is allowed to execute (e.g. 127). Attached you will find a screenshot of these settings.
    No rebuild the runtime files and don't forget to build the files for the user administration (setting in the RT changeable data)!
