    Hi Paruvathakumar,

    Welcome to the forum

It is not possible to open a screen in the runtime through the programming interface directly, without using a screen switch function.

Perhaps you could explain why you would like to do it this way?

    Best regards,
    Mark

For this you don’t need VBA. There is a function in zenon called “Screen with index”. This function opens a screen with a name containing a selected variable. It is a string variable. If the user select a picture from the listbox, you write the name in a string variable and execute this function.

    Hi,

I just know, that you can use the zenon integrated functionality in property window -> VBA -> mouse events -> MouseOver (see also screenshot attached)

there you can select a VBA macro that is executed on mouse over

    best regards

Frage Re: Screen Switch in VBA

    HI..
I'm trying to open 4 number of Screens by using the Switch with Index.
I'm Executing the RTfunction in VBA.

My Program Struct is as follows:
Set the index Variable with Screen Name (Before set the Value My function detects that the variable is in online group. else it will add it in the online grp)

    Start the RTFunction

Set the index variable with Screen name
    Start the RTFunction

i'm doing the same for all the 4 pages.

After executing the function, Result is only 4th Screen is getting open, but not before 3 screens.

Can any one suggest what is the cause of this problem and how to over come?

    Many thanks
    Thanks&Rgds,

    Hi,

When you execute these steps manually in the runtime (place the index variable in a screen, modify the variable, execute the screen with index function, repeat x3) is the behaviour the same?

If you want to open 4 screens simultaneously, you need to make sure that these screens are either each linked to their own unique frame, or open the 4 screens on different monitors.

When you open a screen "a" that uses a frame "popup" and then open a screen "b" that also uses the frame "popup", screen "a" will be closed and screen "b" will be opened.

    Regards,
    Mark
