Thread: NET_SEL variable

  1. #1

    Default NET_SEL variable

I want to be able to block the accessing the same variable from two operator stations in the network. I tried using the NET_SEL status of the variable and also with interlock(giving the net_sel status of the variable as the condition for the interlock). But the interlock is not working since the net_sel status bit is not high even when it is accessed in an operating station. Can you please suggest a way to proceed?

Are you changing the value using command input? The NET_SEL is only relevant when using the command input feature in the zenon energy edition.

Command input offers many different features for safe execution and monitoring of commands (controls).

If you want a simple mechanism of one station that has control, please have a look at the "authorization in the network" option, that can be activated in the project properties.

    Best regards,
