How to use command processing for IEC 104 and IEC 101 process gateway?

Hi, 
   i want to check the command through process gateway using command processing with interlock check,
i am using IEC tester for executing the command. command is also executing without command processing and interlock check.

is there any setting need to enable in order to check the interlock?

Have you activated 'Select routing' checkbox in the Sector (COA) settings of zenon Process Gateway?

Hint: if the only interlocking to check is the 'local/remote', then you will not need to route the SBO via Command Processing. You can just link in zenPG the T00 IOA=2 variable and disable/enable remote command - pro Sector (COA) - by changing this variable value.
