Monitor Administration (2 monitors)

Greetings!

I have a question.

Does  "Monitor Administration (2 monitors)" can be connected with VGA? because i try to connect my computer to a monitor with VGA cable it did not show anything
However when i connect with HDMI cable, both 2 screen able to perform.

Are you sure that you have ONE graficcard with TWO VGA Outputs? Maybe your computer has an onboard graficcard plus one extra graficcard. You can't use 2 graficcards at the same time...

first check if both monitors are available for Windows and standard programs like Windows Explorer or Notepad.
zenon accesses monitors via Windows interface functions, thus if Windows has access then zenon will have too, if Windows does not have - no way.
